Access is via an external staircase of 35 steps from the private garden. The living area combines a lounge, a dining room, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen including a 3-burner induction hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Tassimo coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, and a separate toilet completes the space. The two bedrooms are furnished as follows: • Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) • Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) Outside, you can enjoy a shared, enclosed garden and a shared summer kitchen with a second gîte located on the ground floor. The shared 8x4 m swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.80 m, is open from May to mid-October and is perfect for cooling off after exploring the surrounding villages.
