Additionally, for your convenience, the newly added covered creek dock with a floating platform is perfect for fishing and crabbing. Rooftop deck with breathtaking panoramic views, shaded ground-level area perfect for lounging, or enjoy the sun right on the beach! Convenient for remote work with plenty of quiet spaces. This lovely 1 bedroom option is also available to rent many other ways; during most of the spring, fall and winter, you can also rent the home as a two bedroom apartment, or as a 5-bedroom on the main level. May-September, Laughing Place is ONLY available as a 7 bedroom home.
