Check in was efficient. Property Managers were easy to access. Arrived at house to a leak pouring into garage. Spent better part of 10-12 hours dealing with it. It was fixed 24 hours into our stay. A:C went out the next day and was not working for 10 hours before technicians arrived. Home was not clean. We spent 2 hours sweeping and mopping kitchen floors with bugs, ants and cobwebs in all corners. Had to go buy Raid ant spray. Windows looking out to marsh were disgustingly filthy. Garage housing the “gameroom” area was not clean or tidy and ping pong table was broken and covered in dust and dirt. Check out was easy. However, we would not book this house again in current condition.
