The property sits off a private dirt road, offering true quiet and seclusion. You will hear coyotes in the distance, see incredible sunsets, and possibly spot elk on the property.
The large deck is fully enclosed, making it great for relaxing with kids and dogs. The yard itself is not fenced.

• Located approximately 40 minutes from the town of Payson
• Access is via dirt road. AWD or 4WD is recommended during heavy rain or snow
• WiFi is available. Speeds may vary during storms due to the remote location
• A split A/C unit is located in the living room. Bedrooms remain comfortable with fans, heaters, and open windows
• We are on a private water system and appreciate thoughtful water use
