This hotel is basic done well. The building is relatively new and everything is in good condition. This is an extended stay hotel and lacks some of the amenities of other budget properties, like a hair dryer. I had to ask for shampoo and cups. But if you're looking for a small efficiency apartment, this would be a good option.

The staff checked us in quickly and helped us with where to park. We were tired, it was late, she was great. The room was super clean. No hand towels, shampoo, etc., but you can ask for it if you need it and the price was excellent! Will stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find after exiting I20 and check in was drama free. The hotel is brand new and one of the nicest places I've stayed in. The room was clean and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the bedding better than expected as were the towels. The room was quiet and the parking felt secure. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

The room had a pretty bad smell to it. The bedding was dirty in the air condition didn’t work when we got to the room and they couldn’t swap our room nor give us a refund. We stayed in the room about 45 minutes and left it was a waste of money in a really bad area. I grew up in Jackson Mississippi in this area, pearl, has gotten worse I would not recommend for anyone strange people walking around the hotel and inside.
