It also has a pull-down attic, a basement with a shower, and additional laundry. There is also a private backyard where you can have outdoor dining. The maintenance-free exteriors offer you peace of mind to enjoy the beach!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.

This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
