The new house is located in a housing estate, is modern and nicely decorated. It features a spacious living area in an open concept, promoting gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) will allow you to prepare delicious meals for your family or friends. Then share convivial moments around the dining table and relax in the welcoming living room, with its blue sofa and colourful rug, ideal for a coffee chat or relaxing moments in front of the television.



Capable of accommodating up to 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms. The first, with a queen-size bed, is located on the ground floor, offering a restful white cocoon. The other three bedrooms, located upstairs, include two double beds, with attic rooms for two of them, and a final bedroom with two single beds.
