Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

There is a camera at the very front of the property to view who is at the front door. A camera is also on the side door. There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. Smoking is classified as cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cloves, etc. Violators are expected to pay a $300 penalty fee and may be subject to immediate eviction.
When booking, please ensure you include everyone in your reservation. Extra guests will be expected to pay a fee/night of stay.
No Smoking allowed inside the home. Violators will be fined $200, plus the cost of any damaged items caused by hot ash or flames.
Please be courteous to the neighbors and reduce noise levels (no loud music or shouting) between 10pm until 8am.
