Together, the property includes 15 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 16 beds, one pull-out sofa, and optional airbed kits available for a small rental fee. Available kits include 2 queens and 4 twins, and more can be made available with advance request, making it easy to accommodate a wide range of group sizes.

Each condo includes a full kitchen, at least one full bathroom, and inviting gathering spaces like patios, decks, loft living rooms, and dining areas. You’ll also find unique touches throughout the property, including a large soaking tub, a jetted tub for two (or three!), a hidden kid-friendly getaway space, and even a secret passage connecting select units.

Breeze Condo offers the largest gathering space on the property, with two living rooms, a game room, a spacious kitchen, and a private yard with lake views. It comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests and serves as a natural hub for larger groups.

The location is one of the biggest advantages. The Pepin Beach and Marina are just one block away, along with local favorites like the Harbor View Café, the Pickle Factory, the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum, and other beloved Pepin attractions.

Inside each condo, you’ll find a full complement of cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils, along with coffee, spices, tea and sugar. We also provide towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a full set of beach towels and bags for use during your stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy multiple lounge areas, fire pits, grill spaces, and gathering areas designed for relaxing and spending time together. There is ample parking on site, along with an EV charger available for guest use.

- Mist Condo has 1 bedroom, a private yard, and is pet-friendly. 1 king bed and 1 pull-out queen sofa. Located next to Raindrop.
- Dewdrop Condo is a studio with a full kitchen and bathroom, but no living room and is pet-friendly. 1 king bed. One step to enter.
- Starshine Condo - 1 bedroom with full kitchen and living room. 1 king bed. Features sparkly glow-in-the-dark stars! One step to enter.
- Eclipse Condo has 2 bedrooms and a strong gathering layout with mysterious windows! 2 king beds. Shares an interior hallway and laundry with Dewdrop and Starshine.
- Moonbeam Condo has 2 bedrooms, a loft living room, and is adjacent to an outdoor patio with fire pit and seating. 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. In-unit laundry.
- Sunbeam Condo has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a bonus Murphy bed in the living room. 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 full Murphy bed.
