I prepaid three nights at Boonoona Ski Lodge (through Expedia). Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
• The hotel manager approved a one-night transfer and even collected AU$500 directly, but later threatened to blacklist me.
• On my final night, housekeeping was refused. The staff threw clean sheets into the corridor, and I was forced to make the bed and clean the room myself.
• This kind of treatment felt unfair, unprofessional, and discriminatory.
I have stayed at many ski lodges, but this was the first time I faced such behavior. I would strongly caution future guests to be aware of how management may handle issues.
