La location etait rationnelle, un peu vieillotte, avec un grand jardin fleuri.Bon rapport qualité/prix.La communication avec l'agence LE GUILLOUZER IMMOBILIER qui gère la remise des clés est une catastrophe.Impossible à joindre plusieurs jours de suite au téléphone, ne répond pas aux messages et raccroche volontairement nez de ses clients en attente d’une solution.La politesse est une question d'éducation, l'impolitesse est une faute professionnelle dans une relation clientèle.....

Très jolies maison, très bien placée a Perros Guirec. Environnement calme et jardin agréable. Parfaite pour une famille ou entre amis. Maison avec ses petits défauts mais très bon rapport qualité prix.
