Superb house Perros-Guirec - Ploumanac'h: beach, port, town center on foot!

You will appreciate the charm, the comfort, the brightness (south facing orientation), the large city garden (700 m2) and the location of our house: you will thus be able to access the large Trestraou beach (900m), the port (900m ) and in the center of Perros-Guirec (500m) on foot, Ploumanac'h 5 km. It will be the ideal starting point for your discovery of the pink granite coast (all the main sites are within 10km: Tregastel, pleumeur-bodou ...).
With its 4 large bedrooms, our house is perfectly suited for families (1 large family or 2 families can easily live there) or couples (4 couples or 2 couples with children).
The rooms are very large, you can come with baby and make him sleep in one of the rooms with you if you wish (we have a baby bed with a good mattress).
The bedding is very good. We provide sheets and towels, bath mat, tea towels (everything is new) and we take care of washing them at the end of your stay.

Perros Guirec

Lovey house in a great position to explore this northern part of Brittany. The house is secluded but not remote, a 5 minute walk to the town and a10 minute walk to the Beach.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage mit Top-Ausstattung

Das Haus bot uns mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern viel Platz für einen spannenden Urlaub. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfassend. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Ausgangslage ist ideal für die Erkundung der Rosa Granitküste.

Gelungener Bretagne-Aufenthalt

Der 14-tägige Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Christophe Pillaud entsprach in fast allen Punkten unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist gut, das Stadtzentrum in einigen hundert Metern Entfernung ist noch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ankunft und Abfahrt mit Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch Frau Monika verliefen sehr angenehm. Das Haus ließ sich unter uns Paaren gut aufteilen. Im Bad im EG wäre ein Außenfenster wünschenswert.Küche, Aufenthalt im EG und Betten waren gut, auch die große Kühl-Gefrierkombination. Die innenliegenden Rollläden waren allerdings nicht sehr intelligent angebracht, die Fenster ließen sich nicht weit öffnen. Das Grundstück ist schön, es ist eingewachsen und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Allerdings ist die Toreinfahrt eng und durch die unmittelbar angrenzende Straße nicht ungefährlich. Haus und Grundstück sehen kleiner aus und überraschen durch ihre tatsächliche Größe. Vom Wetter her hatten wir großes Glück : Trocken, viel Sonnenschein und erst Regen am Abreisetag. Wir bedanken uns sowohl bei Frau Monika als auch bei Christophe Pillaud, die auch sehr zum Gelingen des Urlaubes beigetragen haben. erwin liedke

Genial

Super Garten, viele Spielsachen für Kinder, Grill und Zubehör vorhanden, schönes Haus mit genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Zum Meer am besten mit Auto, geht aber auch zu Fuß, wenn man danach einen Anstieg in Kauf nimmt. Die Bretagne an sich ist sehr schön und hat angenehme Temperaturen. Insgesamt ein top Urlaub mit top Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Haus mit Top Lage!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerade für die Kleinen war für ausreichend Spielzeug und Außenattraktionen vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos und die Dame war äußerst freundlich. Stadt und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus bot ausreichend Platz für 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wir empfehlen das Haus in jedem Fall!

Une belle maison très bien entretenue

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison qui est absolument conforme à l'annonce et très bien équipée. Notre hôte Christophe est très accueillant et tout est fait dans la maison pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi, ce qui est très agréable. Il y a entre autres tout pour la cuisine, des casseroles neuves et beaucoup de vaisselle. Bref rien à redire, sauf un grand merci !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille (4 adultes et 1 enfant) dans cette maison proche de tout (plages, randonnées, restaurants). Le quartier est très calme, il y a un arrêt de bus à 1 minute et la plage est à 10 minutes à pied ainsi que le sentier des douaniers. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très réactifs.

Maison confortable bien équipée, située à proximité du centre ville, et proche de la plage accessible à pied, à conditions de garder un peu de force pour remonter. Superbe région, accueil sympathique. Nous n'avons rencontrer aucun problême.

Semaine parfaite à Perros-Guirec

Contact parfait avec le propriétaire la location correspond au descriptif: bonne localisation et maison très bien équipée avec des jeux pour les enfants. Très bon accueil de la part de Monika à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé d’excellents moments à Perros-Guirec, endroit magnifique et de bons restaurants.

Maison fonctionnelle et jardin très agréable

Maison très propre, avec de nombreux équipements, une literie confortable, et un jardin dont nous avons beaucoup profité ! Elle est bien située pour pouvoir visiter la ville, les plages, et tous les alentours sans voiture ... Échanges avec les propriétaires très sympas. Nous y avons passé supers 2 semaines!

Geräumiges, gut aufgeteiltes Ferienhaus

mit allem drin, was für 14 Tage benötigt werden könnte. Die Übergabe durch Monika hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir freuten uns über viele Teile der Ausstattung wie Tischtennisplatte, Grill, Gartenstühle usw. In der Küche waren alle erforderlichen Geräte und Utensilien vorhanden. Alles Prima und nur zu empfehlen
