The room and condition was good but on site parking is a problem. The hotel does not have it's own parking and relies on a third-party. There are no unlimited in/out privileges causing me major issues. The hotel staff failed to inform me of this during check-in. I found out later from another staff member that parking was available next door which was cheaper and had multiple in/out privileges. The failed to disclose this to me at check-in.

Fantastic hotel, perfectly located a 5 minute easy walk to Murdoch train and bus station, with great service from staff, especially at breakfast.  Room very quiet, with modern design meaning the aircon is virtually silent in the room but works fantastically.  Breakfast option with the room outstanding value, with quality food cooked perfectly and delivered by polite and friendly staff.  Improvements - the in-room fridge temperature is pre-set and cannot be changed, but was set to about 6 Celcius when should be more like 2 or 3 celcius, when the room is booked for 4 people there should be 4 tea/coffee cups provided (not just 2), the beds should be set with 4 pillows per bed as standard (not just 2), and the extractor fan in the ceiling needs cleaning (as very bad buildup present).

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be going back again in the future. Close to Fremantle, Adventure world and just 20 mins from DFO if you don’t want to go shopping in the city. Substance restaurant was a highlight every meal from breakfast to dinner was amazing! fresh and full of flavour. Parking was not bad as I had previously seen on other reviews. It was very easy to park next door and get your car validated for the lesser rate. Overall fabulous find loved our experience.

Property was new and up to date. Parking was not clearing explained and is a third party garage where you have to call the front desk everyday when you go out to pay the base day fee of $25. Was not given proper info on check in and paid $200 worth of parking and the hotel said they could not do anything after I paid it. I recommend don’t bring a car.
