Everything was great the only let down was the cleanliness. The floors/staircase needed vacuuming. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, the fridge & microwave was dirty. The sponge under the sink was dirty and the dish soap & hand soap in the kitchen were almost empty along with a almost finished toilet roll.
