Welcome to your ideal canal-side retreat in South Yunderup. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed to offer comfort and convenience for families and groups. The main bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, providing a private sanctuary. Additional bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged with bunk beds and a tri-bunk, accommodating various sleeping arrangements.​



The heart of the home boasts two separate lounges, each equipped with smart TVs, allowing guests to unwind and enjoy their preferred entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a Nespresso pod machine and an air fryer, making meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen, the built-in dining area offers a welcoming space for shared meals.​



Step outside to the expansive outdoor area overlooking the tranquil canal. Here, you`ll find comfortable seating and a BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining and soaking in the serene waterfront atmosphere. The private boat jetty invites boating enthusiasts to explore the waterways, while provided kayaks and crab nets offer additional recreational options.



You will have access to the entire property during your stay.



We are available to answer any questions via our guest portal or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

A shopping centre, just a 2-minute drive away, caters to your everyday needs with an IGA supermarket, chemist, and liquor store. For dining options, a local hotel is within walking distance, and two additional establishments are easily reachable by boat or car.​

Please note there are perimeter security cameras at the property, located on the canal side and in the driveway. These are in place for both your security and the property. The cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.



Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
