Take in the stunning sunsets from your private balcony directly overlooking the historic Fremantle Gaol. This cosy two bedroom apartment is only only a few minutes walk to the vibrant centre of Fremantle.

The parking bay for the unit is at the rear via a one way driveway. You can enter through the back door as the lock box is located near the carbay. This leads you into a laundry, and the downstairs living, dining and kitchen area. The outdoor patio is on this level, facing onto Hampton Rd.

Once you are settled, you can use the security gate from the patio to a private entrance directly to the road.

The two bedrooms are located upstairs with the main bedroom leading to the balcony overlooking the prison and the cranes of the harbour.

The secure lockbox is located right by the car bay.
