View of the city was awesome, And the beds were very comfy. Location is spot on, and the car parking was easy to maneuver. unit was clean our sink in the bathroom was blocked.

I was very happy with my apartment, it was easy to get to and a good walk into the CBD which I prefer. I liked the secure parking and easy internal access to my apartment. I couldn't get one of the burners to work on the hob and the extractor fan didn't work but they were the only minor issues.

I really wanted to like this hotel but unfortunately it wasn’t to be. I’ll start with the positives. Pros: A king size bed, good central location, parking available (but not cheap at $28), nice modern bathrooms, good self catering facilities. Cons: I called the day prior to our check in, to confirm my arrival time & book parking. The parking bay number I was told was actually blocked off with a cone & had laundry trolleys in it. The check in time I gave was obviously not noted as I kept getting messages and a call the next day & was asked to provide my credit card details off this site which goes against hotel.com instructions. I’d booked for two adults and one 11 year old child, only to get to the room and there was no where for the child to sleep. When I called the hotel, I was told I had needed to make an additional request for a bed for the child. Never have I ever had to spell it out to a hotel, that everyone on the booking actually needs a bed to sleep in. So we then had to find our own bedding to stick over the couch cushions as the hotel couldn’t do anything to help us at 6.30pm. Always nice pulling out the couch cushions and finding tooth flossers and cotton buds too. The carpets were stained all throughout unit. On trying to leave the hotel early the next day, the garage remote didn’t fit in the key drop box, again trying to contact the hotel number and having to explain the situation to what I assume is an overseas line & it dropped out, I gave up. Never again.

Disappointing for four reasons: (1) We arrived to find no reception and had to travel to a different hotel to get the key. (2) Hotel very dated. Holes in the dining chairs, stained carpets, dirty showers, random holes in the wall. (3) Room was incomplete, e.g. no sponges or rags for the kitchen, no rubbish bin in the kitchen. (4) They charged our credit card three days before we arrived when the booking said it would be processed on-site, which led to some confusion. We raised some of these issues and we're told it was Expedia's fault for not communicating to us, so not much accountability from the hotel itself. Other that that, it was fine (beds were relatively comfortable, location is pretty good). But we wouldn't stay again.

Condition of the furniture was very poor. We had to uses towels on the chairs as the vinyl was that bad it hit to sit on. Carpets stained. Faulty power points. Blown light bulbs. Dust everywhere. Dishwasher removed. We had to rewash the dishes to use them. Piles of rubbish just left in the carpark. The beds were the only good thing… For the price, definitely not worth it. I would not recommend.

Location is great, unfortunately that was the best i can say about this place. Oven didnt work. A handyman was sent to check it out. Place was dirty, carpets atrocious. Two ladies came out, who were very nice To be fair, I declined their assistance. A request for the carpets to be cleaned was denied. Ac worked thank goodness as i was there for three weeks in March. It was awfully hot.

City convenience and a quiet area. Very spacious unit. Expensive but safe and secure parking.Unfortunately some areas of the apartment needed alittle more cleaning. There was what looked like makeup foundation on the bathroom walls. The plates in the kitchen were dirty.

Perth travels

The property is ideally located to explore Perth and is only 10 to 15 mins walk to the CBD. The management team was very helpful and resourceful. On site secure parking was great. Sleep quality was not that great given the construction work over 3 days. I would suggest keeping a vacuum cleaner in the unit as housekeeping is scheduled weekly only. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

The property was quiet and peaceful, and the staff I had contact with could not have been more helpful and pleasant. My only complaint with my room (room 003) was that the reading lamp alongside the bed did not work, the handbasin in the bathroom took a LONG time to drain, and the coffee cups in the kitchen cupboard needed a good clean. (One is now very clean - I washed it) Housekeeping should check these every day.
