Inside the hotel was nice, but it is located near the homeless people. They are all over the outside area. Made parking my car uneasy. I don't know why they chose to build it there. The homeless have their shelter next door which has been there for years. Parking lot is open to anyone walking around there.

Very friendly staff. I have stayed there a few nights a week for the last 4-5 weeks and the staff is great. Young gentleman at the front counter is great! Rooms and common areas are always clean.

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. Cleaning service never came. We asked three times and we needed a change of sheets because my son had poison ivy. I asked at the front desk and they still weeent delivered. There was an ironing board with no iron. I wore a wrinkled out to my son’s military graduation. The pool , ice machine and washing machine see all out of service. Very unhappy.

We were very happy with our stay, our room #220 was very clean with the exception of the mini fridge. The bottom really needed to be wiped down so we kept all our things in our little ice chest. Our room had a lovely evening sunset view through the sparkling clean windows. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable so we slept well. Great water pressure. The bathroom door really needs some WD40 as it was super squeaky and the bathroom sink was slow draining. We would definitely stay here again.

Restful Spot After Wine Tasting

This was a nice place to stay after a full day of wine tasting in Sonoma. Everything was great except the squishy pillows. It would be nice to have a more firm option. The room was clean, spacious, bath towels were wonderful. Too bad the weather didn't allow us to sit on the balcony. Oh, well. Also, I know Courtyard doesn't advertise an included breakfast but that would be a great addition. I rated this hotel for what they offer and did not ding them for what they did not offer. There were many people trying to get a quick breakfast at the little restaurant in the hotel but only one person seemed to be working although I think another was in the kitchen. Still, it took a bit of time to get something to eat, so, having an available breakfast like other hotels offer would be a better service.
