• Local street parking is also available. Please be sure to follow posted signs and regulations. We are not responsible for tickets or towing due to improper parking.

🏠 General House Rules
🚭 No Smoking or Open Flames
Smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, or any open flames are strictly prohibited.
Violation Fee: $1,000 + $500 ozone treatment + cleaning costs

🚫 No Parties or Events
This includes birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or any unapproved get-togethers.

🤫 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please be respectful of neighbors and long-term residents.

Check-in: After 4:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

👥 Guest Limit
Only guests listed on your reservation are allowed.
Undisclosed guests = $50 per person, per night

📦 Mail/Packages
We do not accept mail or packages. Please use nearby UPS or FedEx services.

❗️Items Left Behind:
We’re unable to store or ship any items left behind after checkout.

🐜 Pest Prevention
Do not leave food or trash out. Help us keep the apartment pest-free.

🔐 Guest Verification
📸 ID Required: All adult guests must submit a valid driver`s license or passport.

🔑 Door Code Activation:
Codes will be issued only after payment and verification (including pet fees, if applicable) are completed.

🐾 Pet Policy – No Cats Allowed
Pets are welcome with prior written approval only.
To request approval, please provide:

Type, size, weight, breed, and number of pets

Pet Fees:

1–6 nights: $50 per pet

7–21 nights: $100 per pet

21+ nights / Monthly: $175 per pet

Pet Guidelines:

🧼 Clean up after your pet—indoors and outdoors

🔇 Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb others

🚫 No pets on furniture (beds, sofas, chairs)

🦴 Bring a pet bed or blanket

🐕 Pets must be leashed or contained outside the unit

Note:
Undisclosed pets = $500 fine
Pet fees must be paid via resolution link before arrival. Door codes will not be activated until payment is complete.

💵 Additional Fees
👤 Unauthorized Guests/Pets: $50 per person/pet per night

🕒 Late Check-Out: $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM

🧽 Extra Cleaning (upon request): $100/hr

🔑 Lost Key/Fob/Remote:

Key/Fob: $300

Parking Pass Tag: $150

Failure to return or provide a photo of keys/passes: $50

📅 Long-Term Stay (30+ Days)
🗑️ Garbage Removal:
Guests are responsible for trash. Fines for violations are the guest’s responsibility.

🧹 Monthly Cleaning:
A cleaning is required every 30 days and will be auto-charged to your original payment method.

🧰 Monthly Inspections:
We conduct a brief inspection once a month. You’ll receive at least 24 hours` notice.
