The list is too long…but for the major issue, there was a leak coming out of the sprinkler head in my room on day 2 of 10 of my stay…they gave me a new room and offered no apology or compensation of any type for the inconvenience…so much for customer service…also no phone service in the room, so no way of contacting the front desk for any needs…ridiculous! I expected more from Hilton as they has always been my hotel of choice due to being a Hilton Honors member. I will never stay at that property again! And will be writing a Google review and will be reporting this also to the Hilton corporate headquarters.

Stayed here with my wife for a weekend, and discovered a $250 fee for breaking their no smoking policy charged 3 days after we checked out. The problem is, neither of us are smokers! Asked manager Dana why the hotel believes we were smoking in the room and was told that cleaning staff reported a smell after we left. That's all they went on. No one mentioned any of this to us during our 2 night stay. Doing some reading online, I doscovered this is a common scam among franchised hotels. It is borderline legal and there is very little recourse for the accused guest, especially if you live out of state! I'll probably just end up eating the charge, but TRAVELER, BEWARE! You may want to stay somewhere else, especially if you are visiting friends who do smoke (which we weren't); from what I've read, just bringing the smell into the room from outside second hand contact is enough to give them cause to bilk you!

Staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. The rooms are very much in need of renovation (ie stains on upholstery, knicks on the walls, tears in wallpaper. Rooms also needed a deep clean (I.e crusted stain on bedskirt). The breakfast was great but lacked some basic items, for example, alternative milks.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious but the upholstery on the bench and chair needs to be replaced. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The lobby and breakfast area was well lit and very clean. I enjoyed the complementary snack and water. The breakfast items were fresh and appetizing. The bonus part of my stay was being able to use the indoor pool and Hot tub in November.
