2 rooms reserved, apparently with handicap access, upon check-in at 3pm was advised both rooms were not ready, however 2 other rooms were available due to cancelations. I opted for the 2 available rooms but wasn't given the same rate, but upcharged....bait and switch??

This is our second time staying at this property. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool size is better than most Home2's. Only mistake we made was going to breakfast at the height of people traffic. They did a great job of keeping the food stocked and they definitely offered more options than the Home2 we stayed at the previous night. If we plan on being in this area again, we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Loved everything except there wasn’t enough parking and the pool was freezing cold everyday so it wasn’t enjoyable enough to go in which was a huge factor in picking a hotel

We’ve stayed here before and loved it. This time, not so much! Our son is in a wheelchair, so obviously we need an accessible room. After we realize the air conditioning is just not working in our room, the staff informs us they have no other accessible rooms avail, but we could just stay there & wait for maintenance in the morning (because they only have maintenance at certain times) or move to a room with no accessibility & would inform us when it was fixed & we could move back. It was REALLY hot, so we moved for the night. Once moved, we found insulin injector meds in the fridge from previous guest.
