The staff were friendly and professional. There was a problem with the computer at check in. The line was backed up through the lobby. The staff handed out water and champagne and also offered space to change if they had an event to get to. Th staff did a great job

I liked the hotel .. the area is great because you’re in the center of everything but that’s also the bad part. You’re in the center of everything including drug addicts and homeless ppl. The entrance to get in the hotel is under construction with not much signs to tell you which door to go through . Rooms were spacious and clean but we walked into a hotel that sounded like a night club because their was a party happening there so I didn’t really like that much .staff was very nice but if your iffy about staying in certain areas then this might not be the place

There was nothing special about this hotel. It was so dark and dingy looking. The room was average. I sat and watched 6 valets talk while I waited for my car for 20 minutes. I would not stay again. The Canopy across the street was so much nicer.
