Women at front desk Amazing! I was missing a light bulb shout out the the guy who got me one! To call front desk, doesn’t work in room phone. Tried calling front desk from my phone to put breakfast on my room and no one answer's. Safety lock coming out of the wall. Not so safe. Ice machine broken.

Highly recommend

I had a great stay. The only thing I had trouble with is the it is too far from the parking lot to 6 floor and way down the hall for someone in a wheelchair to push all that way. Other than that, room was wonderful.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had to get my keys fixed twice as I couldn’t get into the room. Door handle came off but luckily was able to be put back and the blade on the air conditioner had a horrible sound like the blade went against something. To be fair though, the AC worked well despite the hourly buzz.

I booked two nights at this hotel in August but ended up staying only one night. The first room we were given had a clogged toilet, but the receptionist promptly moved my family and me to another room. Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing renovations, which left the room and hallways dusty and with a moldy smell. Breakfast was decent but nothing memorable. In the end, we decided to book another hotel because we simply couldn’t continue staying there. The hotel does offer free self-parking, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here until renovations are complete.

Property was under construction which was NOT noted when we booked the room. Pool was not able to be used do to this. The room was dirty!! The carpet was very stained and the bathroom had mildew or something gross around the toilet.
