Nice but not perfect

It's was nice. We saw a concert at the Filmore and this was the closest hotel. This is not a "luxuary" hotel. My wife was concerned with safety, but there was security and we felt safe once there. Parking was easy, but right outside the front door. So not inside. We had an interior view that was dim and not great. If we go again, we'd ask for a water or exterior view. When we asked to move, were were told the place is sold out, however we only saw 1-2 other patrons. Overall the location was what we needed, and it was comfortable.

Spacious Suites

Great hotel - love that they had breakfast in the morning that you could take back and heat in your room. Love the large windows! Huge amount of space in the suites! Perfect location to walk around and go see a concert.

The suite was beautiful. The staff who checked us in were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The shuttle service to and from the casino/event center was very convenient; the driver was friendly and also professional. Overall great weekend & looking forward to our next stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Love that this building was repurposed for a hotel. Has lots of character. Pretty and quiet area. Bed was comfortable. Very spacious! We enjoyed our treats basket. The only thing I recommend would be to provide a hair dryer.

The property and rooms are beautiful. The front desk staff in the afternoon/evening was always rude, the three times we interacted with them. The girl at the front desk always interrupted me when I was trying to ask questions and she always had an attitude. Also, for the money you pay for a room, I’d expect a better breakfast and better coffee options. We probably wouldn’t stay there again.

absolutely awful property. booked 2 suites and was only given one, then lied to for a while by receptionist who turned out to be at a call center and has never even seen the property. the room descriptions on Expedia are completely false advertising and should be removed from the platform immediately.
