This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. A non-descript door with a code access. The code being buried in some email that I was to fish out from the myriad emails. Shunted to a chat-bot when I needed help. Once in, I never did figure out the wifi code because no one could be bothered to leave it printed in the room. A completely soul-less interaction from start to finish. I felt like I was being optimized.

Quite loud after hours with waste collection trucks and a dj/ party happening each night. The space itself was a better option in our opinion to a hotel. More space, dining table, washer dryer if you needed it, and a large shower.

This is not a hotel, eg they have no staff or amenities, so when their terrible app does not work you are screwed as there is no human to fix the problem. Check-in took HOURS over multiple days/phones/wifi connections

Home away from home

at Sosuite you feel you are home. The suite is comfortable, clean and private. It is in the heart of shopping in Philadelphia. I highly recommend Sosuite.

Adorable but Loud

Please note, this review is not of the unit itself, which is lovely and had everything I needed. Also loved the online check-in and communications. However, this building is next to a brand new outdoor beer garden that opened in the vacant lot next door (Walnut Garden). The beer garden is open until midnight every night with loud/live music. Yes, even on Sunday night it was loud until midnight. It's a shame because the place is so great, but I did not sleep for 2 nights and would not be able to stay here again, Perhaps in the winter this will not be an issue.

Lovely unit, impossible to sleep.

I enjoyed the convenience and quality of the property so much that I recommended it to a colleague and booked a second time. I am so disappointed to say that I would not book here again. Table-stakes of accommodations is that one should be able to sleep. It was impossible to do so. Before my second stay, a night club/lounge moved into the basement space directly below the unit I was in, making noise and vibrations until late into the evening. I understand that Sosuite cannot prevent a night club from doing business, but they must be able to provide at the very least the ability to sleep. Customer service was not very helpful. Instead of offering to change units to another floor, or offering me some sort of credit, I was told it was out of their control. I am truly sad and disappointed.

SoSuite notified us the day of check-in that our reservation was cancelled as they did not receive the reservation from Orbitz. After a series of calls and texts, Sosuite asked us to go to a different location but when we arrived, there were also no rooms. After many hours of waiting, they finally were able to give us a room at 10:30pm. We were very disappointed by the overall experience and would not recommend.
