Welcome to our private escape in Gold Canyon City near Superstition Mountain! This beautifully updated property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, or just a relaxing getaway. Surrounded by many golf courses, you have a golfer's paradise. The breathtaking backyard has spectacular mountain views. Enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a heated pool, hot tub and lounging space. (+$50/night for pool heat - please request at least one week before arrival)” The home itself has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, plus thoughtful design touches throughout.

Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.

This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience at an extremely high level during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our business line is available between 7am-7pm every day, and we are also available for emergencies only 24/7.

Disappointed with management of property

To be honest we were. Bit disappointed with this stay. The layout of the house was great and it was clean when we arrived. However, the pool was not self cleaning after day 1 and it was impossible to get someone out to take care of the problem. After 3 attempts we finally had someone come out the last afternoon of our stay. Next, the house was not stocked with nearly enough supplies needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was sparse and it made it difficult to easily make meals with the utensils provided. The house also did not have hot water in the master bathroom area which made showering difficult for a family of 5. Last, we could not get the door to lock when we left during the day and nobody came to take a look. It seemed that the property had potential but is not very well kept. I do not think we will stay here again unless some of these problems are drastically fixed.

Gold Cayon

Coded door lock didn't work. So after traveling all day, had to fight with Rebl that door lock was not working. Finally unlocked door remotely, but it took 20 hours to get someone out to it fixed, so we couldn't leave since we couldn't lock the door. Paid extra for heated pool, took 4 days for it to heat up, so only able to use it last 2 days. Had to call Rebl Management about 8 times, very slow to respond. It was too much work to stay here. For the cost of the rental, I was not impressed at all. We had 4 people, only seats for 3 in the living room. Only had use of 1 dish towel. No use of garage, which if able to use garage, no problem that door lock wasn't working. Nothing in the house made you feel like a guest. It was a big disappointment. The hot tub was the only plus. We have stayed at similar houses and never had any of these problems. It is not worth it. We had to start a load of laundry when leaving, but no laundry soap was available. so we couldnt leave .so we

Wonderful house

We were at the house for about a week. It's in a super nice neighborhood. Beautiful house. Hot tub is not the best, but the pool is fantastic. Great to go there with a dog. Very dog friendly and private.

Hot tub was not working, I called and I was told someone would come and look at it but no one showed up. One main reason we rented this house was for the hot tub. Disappointed

House was clean, well supplied. MAINT UNAVAILABLE!! No wifi on arrival-took 2 days to resolve. HOT tub was a COLD TUB!! Usable 1 day of rental time. Pool was NOT heated on arrival as promised. Made numerous calls to REBL RENTALS to resolve-told numerous times a MANAGER/SUPERVISOR would call to resolve and ensure corrections were made-never heard from anyone. DONOT USE REBL RENTALS!

Horrible customer service

First I would like to start by saying that the Rebel property management was HORRIBLE! I called several times to ask if we could have the pool heated. I was informed that I can only have either the hot tub or the pool heated. Why would I not want the hot tub heated. When booking this house I never saw that it was one or the other. I then agreed to have the pool heated. The hot tub was filthy and small anyways. After agreeing to have the pool heated I contacted Rebel property management and told them the pool was not getting any warmer. They told me that it was working. I insisted that it was not. I have worked in customer service my whole life and I would never treat a client the way I was treated. On the last night at the house we bought some very expensive steaks to put on the grill. Within minutes the tank was out gas. We checked the spare and it was completely out of gas. I once again called Rebel customer service and was treated like I was a problem/complaining too much. I was told that they were going to bring a new tank within 45 minutes. I had feeling my request was yet again being ignored. I told my husband to go and fill the tank up, Im glad he did because no one ever showed up with the tank of gas they said they were going to bring. Im usually not one to complain or write a bad reviews but I am forced to because of the Rebel management company. I feel like I need to be compensated for the poor experience we had. I would appreciate a response/!!!!!

Could easily be 5 star with a few changes.

Overall very nice property. Issues we had were seating. Living room has one couch and one chair-dining only four chairs. For a four bedroom house that is not enough. There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed like the shower handle that pulls off and the shampoo dispenser not installed (very hard to operate that way). Only one hairdryer. Kitchen supplies need updating. No siran/ziplocks,paper towels, cookie sheets, bowls or mixer. House was clean but front door entry area had bird droppings and needed swept.
