This new 3-bedroom, 2-bath single story home is perfectly located on a large corner lot! Centrally located close to Peoria Sports Complex, MLB Spring Training Facilities, and only 45-minutes from downtown Phoenix. Amenities include 2 community pools (March-October), multiple parks, and much, much more! Perfect for a baseball weekend getaway, travel ball tournaments, or a place to call home while in the city of Surprise! You will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay at the Centerfield House. The house was bright and clean with everything we needed for our stay. The location is hard to beat; near the Surprise spring training field, pickleball courts, and fun new restaurants. Our host was the best; answering questions and helping us extend our stay. We had a fantastic stay at this home. We had never been to Phoenix before and this house helped us feel like we were in a home away from home. The neighborhood is amazing, it's very close to everything you would need, just down the street from a spring training location and some amazing parks. It's very close to the White Tank Mountain Regional Park which has awesome hiking and sunsets. The house was clean, had everything we needed and even had extra things we hadn't thought about needing. We will absolutely stay in this home again when we return to Phoenix.

Such a comfortable home to stay in and very quiet neighborhood (except jets from air force flying over but it was cool). Great location as we had to drive to Texas spring training facility every day. Home had everything we needed and owner was very easy to get ahold of.

Spring Training

We stayed for 2 weeks during spring training and had a great time! The house was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped (even had a printer). Nice neighborhood and the community pool was great. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip to Surprise

Surprise,AZ was a very pleasant surprise! The house is in a really nice development with plenty of playground structures and sidewalks to get a good walk in. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Will be back!

Wonderful Stay

Neighborhood is so quaint and homie, arriving at the home felt so warm and inviting. Being in AZ for work, this stay got me to enjoy the comforts of home and I forgot I was on the road at all. Clean and comfortable accommodation, I would recommend this stay to anyone. Very lovely home. Thank you.

Clean, open floor plan

The house is clean and charming! It was too hot at this time of year to enjoy the outside seating area but the yard is pretty! The living area is spacious! Bonus slot and poker machine which sadly were not working. Beautiful property- we’d stay there again!
