Location is good, only a few minutes (by car) to Old Town Scottsdale. Space is great for a single person or a couple. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on that.Unfortunately, when we arrived the shower was about 90% blocked and it took multiple days of contacting the property management company (I tried by phone, by the VRBO app, and direct email) to have it resolved. The unit is not run by an individual owner, rather the company has multiple locations throughout the area, and communication was poor. It took a threat to escalate to VRBO for them to seem to care enough to send the handyman. Since the shower didn't drain, I can't imagine that the bathroom was cleaned very well between guests. Also, there was horrible noise starting at 6:30am the first two mornings, as a construction company was using heavy machinery cover up all the grass with gravel, across the entire complex. However, others may have a decent stay as the construction seemed complete when we checked out and hopefully, they will be more diligent about checking the shower drain in the future.

We loved the location! Close enough to the Giants stadium and old town so you can walk to everything. Condo was very quiet. We used the BBQ several times while there for the week. The covered parking spot was a bonus!

The apartment smelled like stale cigarette smoke and mildew. There was a lot of hair in the bed when we had arrived. The kitchen floor was warbled and the apartment itself just seemed dingy. For the price, I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised. The pool area and hot tub was small, but very clean. The apartment complex itself was very quiet and the location was great!
