5 day stay. Had to ask to have our room cleaned, as they said that long stays room is cleaned on 3rd or 4th day. Room rug was dirty, my white socks were filthy on our second day. On our first breakfast we found the juice machine was half broken down, I asked for orange juice and they said it was SOLD in the vending machine - what gives folks. One day there was no syrup for the pancakes. No buns, cinnamon rolls, or other rolls. Usually we find fruit offered, but here it was only oranges (I guess they want you to squeeze them for the juice) -- we usually find oranges, bananas, apples. Most hotels offer eggs, bacon, sausage and hashbrowns, here it was eggs and sausage only. Sorry folks, this was the worst breakfast we have ever found in all our travels.

Downgraded without Notice

We booked a suite, but upon check in we were given a single bed room, NOT a suite. Complimentary breakfast was not great, and the snack I purchased in the vending machine got stuck. No phone number to call, and front desk staff wasn’t able to help reimburse me.

Conveniently located near Phoenix Airport. No restaurants nearby. They have vending machines and a nice pool and hot tub. Front desk said no housekeeping service unless we request in the morning. I thought this was the strangest thing I ever heard. Why not just write down guests’ requests for housekeeping? I called in the morning and asked for housekeeping, but nobody ever showed up. Breakfast was good and otherwise had a good stay.

The property isn’t super clean or friendly. I’m honestly not sure how it had such good ratings. We did stay still, but we’ve roughed it before so it was ok for the night. Definitely not what the reviews made it seem like. We were out at the pool and were being heckled by someone from the second floor asking if we were single. Just creepy and all around not a great place to stay.

Sadly ,Expedia steared me to the wrong date when I was searching for lowest price and I ended up showing up a day early and no rooms available. Lost my money too for the wrong nite booking. Such a bummer. Hotel says it happens often with third party bookings.
