This studio is part of a historical home located directly in the heart of downtown Tempe! The space shares a roof with another unit in the building but is completely private & separate with it's own entrance. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials & features new appliances. Queen bed provides ample sleeping space & seated directly in front of the TV. Private off street parking space also provided. Washer & dryer are shared with the other unit in a common wash room on premises.

Charming bungalow studio
