Lack of cleanliness and responsibility

Both beds were dirty. One had popcorn in it. The other had hair. There was essential oils on the lamps, toothpaste on the side of the counter. The staff gave us new sheets to put on ourselves. They said they would talk to the manager about getting some kind of compensation, but when asked he said he would put a word in with the house cleaners.

I have stayed here before and really appreciate the staff, cleanliness, and value. I do want to share, however, that our shower drain was clogged (room 312) and it's a super gross feeling when showering. I love that you offer breakfast, but when I tried to get breakfast, the coffee tasted horrible (is that the tap water?), there was water coming out of the orange juice dispenser, and there was no one around to attend to any of it. Despite how this review sounds, I really DO like this hotel!

Good place to stay

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had variety of choices. Hot tub and pool were clean. Had a good stay. Would come back.
