My air conditioner didn't work I had to have maintenance come fix it. When I took a shower the water was leaking out of the shower and was all over the floor when I got out.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and tv is in an awkward spot you have to turn it in order to watch tv from the bed. But other than that it was a good hotel! Location is great too so many restaurants near by! I would stay again!

From what we heard from others, this was one of the better hotels in this part of town. That said the hotel was in much need of an update and we were disappointed to learn the pool was under construction which was one of the reasons we booked it. The staff were nice but maybe stay elsewhere or drive a little further for spring training.

The fricking pool and pool area where closed for remodeling. I never would of booked a stay at this property had I known the pool wasn't available. Plus the hotel needed a lot of minor maintenance that they seemed to not taken care of.

The rooms were clean and quiet. Was not too happy about the restaurant on the premises. I think in a hotel there should be variety of food choices not just Mexican. With our big group we were not able to bring in food and use common area like a meeting room. There was a large number of homeless in the area, but the hotel did have security.

The room was fine. There were a lot of homeless in that area and we didn’t always feel safe coming home late. Not a lot of great options to eat in the area but the Mexican fast food across the street was great. The hotel restaurant was closed at dinner time. Maybe it’s just open for breakfast?

Staff was friendly and very professional. Easy access to main roads. Several good restaurants within walking distance. The bad experience, was having dinner in the dining room. The food was unacceptable, and both of us left our dinners mainly untouched.

The pool was closed which we were excited about the pillows sucked for both people in party the water in shower smelled. But we enjoyed the front desk people and bar staff. Food at the bar was okay but good vibes. Walking distance from lots of restaurants.
