Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard - kitchen, dining, living room, movie/family room, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, laundry room, walk-in closet. The backyard has a gated pool and hot tub, outdoor dining area, firepit with seating, playground, and grass. The garage is not included in the AirBnB space.

Child friendly with child-proofing measures throughout home: pool has an auto-closing gate; electric sockets have child protection covers; all doors and windows have security sensors.
