Location! Location! Location!! This gorgeous, newly remodeled townhouse is located off Camelback and 44th St. in Phoenix. It has stunning views of Camelback Mountain, is walking distance to some of the Valley's best restaurants; Buck & Rider, Steak44, The Henry, Flowerchild, as well as, AJs Fine Foods, Orange Theory Fitness, Chase Bank, and much more. It is directly across the streets from the Phoenix Suns indoor training facility and new shops and restaurants in the process of being built.
The space
This two story property boasts the fully stocked, open kitchen floor plan that leads to the living room downstairs. The primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also downstairs. Upstairs you'll find the two guest bedrooms with a full bathroom between the two rooms. The best views of Camelback Mountain are from the spacious upstairs bedroom!
