This beautifully designed 1-bedroom unit is part of a brand-new Lennar home featuring the NexGen floor plan. With its own private entrance from both the garage and the exterior, this unit offers complete privacy- NO shared spaces! Inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept kitchen, living and dining area, perfect for comfortable living. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. including a full-size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher and microwave. I am including essentials for cooking and dining, including olive oil, spices, dishes, cutlery, k-pod coffee maker and a regular coffee pot etc.
A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the walk-in closet. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, and there's an extra closet for additional storage/ linen/ pantry.
The garage space is available for your use—though it’s on the smaller side, it’s perfect for compact cars or extra storage. We also offer an available plug-in for electric vehicle charging—just bring the right adapter and you can juice up for a small fee! ($20 for short stay)

Within the community, you’ll have access to a sparkling pool, a few playgrounds, and a relaxing jacuzzi—perfect for unwinding or entertaining the whole family. And while the backyard is currently partially finished, it’s a convenient spot for pet relief.
