Third Avenue Lofts was Scottsdale's first loft building and still remains one of the best buildings in Downtown Scottsdale. Gather with your friends in the central courtyard of this U-shaped building, where there is a pool, spa and outdoor fireplace surrounded by comfy seating areas. The Third Avenue Lofts is located off of Third Avenue, north of Indian School.
