This hotel has nothing to do with the pictures that they put in there. It’s way too different. As soon as we book the hotel, it was good but when we got there, everything was bad as soon as we turn on the lights it was full of cucarachas running around to hide we open the sofa to make it as a bit and stink they move us to another room and it was the same we even in the other one we found a scorpion and cucarachas so we look for another hotel we couldn’t stay there.

Person at desk was on the phone and I waited to get checked in. By the time she was done there were many people in line after me. She shoukd have had help. I came down later to ask a question and she was on the phone so long I walked away. Room was clean and adequate for what we needed.

Highway access from this location was great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a poorly flushing toilet, even when addressed by maintenance. Some breakfast items seemed to run out.

I loved the staff, but the property is run down and to many homeless in that area. My suit sliding glass door could not be secured because it could not shut properly my room was missing light bulbs and at check in my room was not ready.
