Cleaning the room never happened. When I asked why not, I was told I should have stayed in a fulll service hotel. So I left and stayed elsewhere the red of my trip.

We arrived at the hotel early and attempted to get early check-in but they said there were no rooms available and we ask that they ho as quickly as possible ld our luggage. Check in time is 4 o’clock. We came at 4:20 and we’re told that they were still were no rooms available

I was scheduled to check in Thursday! Flt issues so I called and advised the hotel i would be there Friday! I have a son with cerebral palsy? I’m 73 hrs 50 on Friday the manager said manager adv I needed to rebook and call hotel.com for reimbursement!! I did get upset it was late evening after traveling from n.y. With my son I said I’m reporting this! The manager said leave I questioned you throwing us out he repeated yes just get out!!! I didn’t yell as my son gets upset and I was embarrassed! So I certainly won’t stay at a Hilton he could have been more understanding

I requested a toothbrush and toothpaste, and the front desk said they would bring them up, but they never arrived. Also, I found the building to be quite old and felt that the overall experience didn’t match the price.

The lady at the front desk was rude and had no customer service skills. It felt like it was a bother to check in. She also told me the water in the room was “complimentary” but I was charged $4.50 for a cheap brand of bottled water. I never dare to drink the bottles of water in a hotel room, but the filter on the ice/water bottle filler was flashing red and overdue to be changed. After a long drive, it would be nice to have somewhere with a clean filter to fill up a water bottle.
