Historiallinen tiilet Bungalow - lähellä keskustaa Phoenix

Historiallinen Phoenix-kotini on päivittäinen asuinpaikkani, mutta tonni liikematkoja pitää minut poissa kotoa. Vuonna 2018 uusittu tässä kodissa on kaksi makuuhuonetta (vain yksi on avoinna vuokrattavana!) queen-vuode ja yksi kylpyamme. Räjäytetty patja on tervetullut ennakkohyväksynnällä. Nauti lomastasi kauniit parkettilattiat, lämpimät aksentit ja historialliset piirteet, suuri marmorisaari, ruokapöytä, erillinen baari ja olohuone. Takapiha uudistettiin myös vuonna 2018, ja siinä on suuri ruohoalue, ulkona ruokapöytä (6), palokammio, sitruspuut ja useita oleskelualueita, jotka sopivat erinomaisesti aamukahviin tai ilta-cocktaileihin.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Saint Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

This is a sweet house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything you will need for a short or long stay is in the home. Lots of cooking supplies including a crockpot and airfryer. The bed was very comfy and linens were soft. The white towles in the art deco bathroom are soft, absorbent, and smell nice. Good quality bathroom amenities included as well. Grocery shopping is near by as are a couple of good restaurants. We will definitely tey to book Stephanie's home again next time we are in Phoenix.

This was a charming bungalow. Obviously lovingly restored to retain the mid century vibe. The backyard is fantastic, with patios, fire pits and a wall to keep it all private. Great for dogs. The Lemon and Orange trees in the backyard, and Pomegranate in the front are a nice touch. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet a great city location.

Perfect location and amenities

Entire property was wonderful. Fully stocked and decorated very well. We enjoyed playing the record player, using the wet bar, and all the wonderful outdoor areas. House is very comfortable, spacious, and plenty of storage. Bed was very comfy as well. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, convenient location with backyard oasis

This was our best vrbo experience yet. Perfect for a couple. Office space with good internet. Interesting decor with comfortable furniture, big TV with streaming services. Location was close to everything, just minutes from downtown, basketball arena, museums, restaurants with casinos closeby. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the various seating areas in the beautiful backyard oasis with patio, firepits, cozy chairs, orange and lemon trees - and plushy green grass! Highly recommend, especially for a winter retreat.

Beautiful Bungalow

The home is just as shown in the photos. It is beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved the back yard - it is a little oasis in the city. The neighborhood is upscale and nice for a walk or jog. It is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, coffee shops. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Cute Encanto property

We enjoyed two weeks in this home while visiting Phoenix. The house is cute and clean in a quiet neighborhood, and Stephanie was very easy to communicate with. The house is centrally located and furnished with everything we needed. Our dog especially loved chasing balls in the fenced back yard. Had a great vacation and will look forward to doing it again.

Wonderful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and well appointed. The backyard is large with grassy areas and several seating areas. The pictures are very representative of the home. It is centrally located to the midtown area with many restaurants and convenient grocery stores. Communication with the host was quick and always informative.

The weather didn't cooperate but the house was comfy and cozy!

A sweet little gem in a lovely historic neighborhood

Fantastic location, clean and well decorated home!

Renting the property is easy and quick. Great communication from Stephanie, who responds quickly to messages. It appears as if she is always available when needed. We even called her when we were getting into her home and she was available to guide us through the process! The home is very comfortable and contains everything you need for a weekend or in our case, for two weeks. Helpful instructions, (house manual) is provided to you ahead of time and is available on the property. This removes any stress that may be associated with living in a rental. My wife and I recommended this property to anyone planning on visiting the Phoenix Midtown location. Thank you so very much, Stephanie!!!
