Was there for a baseball game. Only had to walk a couple blocks to stadium. Grocery store close. Felt very safe . Staff very friendly.

Everything was great!! My only complaint is the cost of parking. $45! But I do love being so close/walking distance to Chase Stadium and the Footprint Center. Room was clean and on the new side.

Whether your going to see a DBacks, Suns or Mercury game, this hotel is a great option. However, valet is the only option, we enjoying our stay. Will definitely book here again in the future.

This place is a perfect location to walk to Chase Field, restaurants and stores. New and clean. Valet parking was easy and fast. Can't wait to stay here again.

I was charged a 75$ fee at hotel when checking in told it was in case of damages. We literally stayed one night, didn't use any towels or anything and I was charged a $48.87 fee. I called hotel to find out why I was charged because we left no damages and they told me it was for valley parking and that it should have told me PNM the Expedia website. Nothing on Expedia told me I had to pay for valet. There is no other option for parking but valet so I don't feel I should have been charged.

Hotel was clean. Trying to get to park for vallet (since thats your only option) was a pain. Road was full so we woukd have jad to stop in middle of the road. Had to circle 6 times before there was a place we coukd pull up in the bike lane. That needs to be figured out better. Bed was overall comfy.

Great property if you are doing activities downtown. Right next to all of the sporting venues, it’s the best location. My only feedback would be to remove the early check in fee of $50. If there are rooms available early please just let your patrons in early.
