The room was clean, but the air conditioning was not so great. The beds were extra soft, so if you like to sink into your bed, then staying there shouldn't be an issue. You are charged approximately $17 a day for parking. The only place you can park is in the garage. The pool is small, the photo is misleading.

This was another great Hyatt stay just in a different city. Front desk service is always friendly and accommodating. Things run smoothly and the wait to check in is short. Breakfast was fresh and quickly replenished. Thank you Hyatt Tempe/Phoenix.
