Liked the room design/setup. Room was pretty clean overall but the bathroom was really beat up. Cracked toilet, paint chipping, bathtub definitely needed to be replaced, it was rusting through right where you stand.

The first night was terrible. We don’t get any sleep until after 2:30 a.m. There were kids running around for hours up and down the halls yelling. We heard someone say security when they had them turn down the tv but after that the kids kept running for hours and yelling. I finally caught the kids and my husband called the front desk. A lady that worked there came up and seemed like she didn’t want to speak to the parents. She just told the kids to not be doing it. I told her she needed to speak to the parents but did not do so. It didn't stop and we couldn’t get to sleep until after 2:30 in the morning. One good thing is when we left our pillow in the room after check out the male at the front desk was helpful getting it.

Spacious & Well-Appointed Rooms

King room was very spacious and had a nice layout. Additional chairs and desk were appreciated. Bed was firm with crisp linens. Breakfast was good with hot items as well as cold. Needs a few minor tweaks to make it top notch (e.g., sink drained slowly and A/C in room sounded like a semi idling).

Great stay. A bit of lack of communication between front desk and house keeping on late check out which was annoying. The shower floor was peeling and stuck to my foot for a whole day. Otherwise, great stay. Would stay here any time.

I liked the location of this property. Was very close to a lot of restaurants and gas stations. Grocery stores and target was within a 30 minute walk. The area was extremely safe. Staff were friendly and made check in and out process easy. There was also good quality free breakfast every morning.

Not the best stay

They cancelled my reservation before I could check in. I was on a flight to Arizona and when I landed, my hotel room was cancelled. The hotel said they can charge you before check in. I have never traveled anywhere that does this. Be careful when you book this hotel durning baseball season. Not a great feeling when traveling out of state.

Pets in rooms....

Everything was good woth room and staff. I didn't like there pet policy as $25 is to high. I understand that pet owners deal with there pets differently and guest comfort is first. But i feel that doing a deposit of $50 ×- and having it refundable after inspection at checkout would be a better way to help guest enjoy your hotels. Doesn't take long for employees to check room before leaving and refunding money.

Very basic property. The room was fine...bathroom was not great but the bed was comfortable. Noisy area off the expressway. Staff were okay. VERY disappointed that they ran out of breakfast food early and would not put any more items out. If you say there is free breakfast you need to have it. I had to rush over to get food before my flight. quite frustrating.

It’s a good hotel clean comfortable. Only thing is I booked a room for 4 of us. We had only 3 sets of towels and the tub didn’t drain but I reported the tub problem so it’s probably fixed was a short stay becuz of a flight out of Phx

Definitely wouldn’t stay here again

To start I was charged twice before I even arrived! then we got to the hotel and regret set in. We got in the elevator and it was the absolute dirtiest sketchiest one we’ve ever been in, the door to our room only opened if you knew exactly how to do it just right, the bathroom was so dirty and rundown, the paint was peeling off and ran all the time. And the beds were not the best…The pro of Everything was that breakfast was good and it was nice having coffee all day, the staff were all very nice and if I had question they tried to find a answer. the pool and hot tub weren’t bad, and we loved the courtyard!
