Terrible

This was the most overpriced hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is run down, dirty, and just plain in need of a complete renovation. We couldn’t even access our room half the time because the card key wasn’t working. The only thing going for it is an excellent location for the Peoria Sports Complex.

Although the facility was clean, it is very dated with the rooms needing remodeling especially the bathroom which had metal plates covering water damage areas around tub/shower. Walls and carpet also clearly needing updates. The staff was very responsive and very friendly. Location is excellent. Breakfast was provided and was excellent!

The air conditioning in our room was non operational. We notified the staff and they didn’t even offer to move us to a different room. It was extremely uncomfortable and I feel like my money was taken personally. I paid for a service to where quality was no existent.

The lady that checked us in was super friendly. The location was convenient as we were going to a Padres spring training game and the hotel is right across the street from the stadium. The hotel was clean and the area with the pool was quiet and pretty.

I loved the commin areas, they are well kept. The hotel is convenient for what we needed. The room was clean, but needs work. The paint is chipping, the bathroom tiles and trim need a good scrupping. The room carpet was not clean. The WiFi was weak and did not work on 2/23 and 2/24.

The hotel was average. Our shower was clogged, our toilet moved and made weird noises when flushing. Our first day on the property the maids had us mode our car due to the Gardner then once we moved it she yelled at me that it wasn’t in a correct spot and had me move it again. For the price I paid for the week, I honestly expected more! Pleasantly disappointed.
