Booked a pet friendly room. I’m not sure why a hotel would have carpet in a pet friendly room. The smell of urine was unbelievable. Tried to open the window to help but being on a busy street made sleep difficult. Was in room 200 right next to the elevator and unfortunately sounded like a semi truck running through a nitroglycerin plant. Used stairs in fear that elevator was on its last leg. The staff was very friendly, however would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

They never came to clean the room or change the towels or bring coffee there was trash out in the parking lot as well as homeless hanging out I was very uncomfortable I would not recommend this place to people I don't like I asked for an early check-in and was not accommodated I rate this place as the worst I've ever stayed
