The prestigious waterfront Superstition Springs Condominium community awaits your next vacation! This ground-floor condo is ideal for a relaxing group or family getaway to sunny Mesa. Inside this lakefront home you'll find an open floor plan combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you'll need to prepare mouthwatering meals and snacks. Right next to the kitchen is a washer/dryer combo to keep your clothes and bathing suits fresh. The small dining table seats four comfortably and the breakfast bar provides three more spaces. At the end of the day, relax in the inviting living room area equipped with a sofa, two recliners, and a flatscreen TV.

Outside, your private patio features a dining area that seats four and has an umbrella, creating a lovely al fresco dining spot–enjoy your meals with marvelous views of the serene water. Your condo is also only steps away from the complex's shared pool spa and shared heated pool. When it's time to explore further afield, you're within walking distance to plentiful casual and fine dining restaurants and attractions. Just five miles away, peruse Superstition Springs Shopping Mall and various other shopping experiences or visit Red Mountain Fitness Center just a short drive, for a day at the gym. The check in was unacceptable. We did not have the unit number and the telephone numbers, email and text options were NEVER answered. We needed to do a search for the property company and after much frustration, optained the unit number.Also, we were not happy with the request to send a photo id and matching picture. Very intrusive.

It would take me all evening to describe all of the problems. We ran into using Vrbo for this particular Rental. We were going down to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary and spent the first four days just trying to find anybody to talk to about the unit getting a code to get into the unit and problems in the unit. Going to reach out to my credit card company and challenge to Challenge the charge. I’m 77 years old and I never had so much trouble trying to get into a rental property in my life would really like a supervisor for VRBO Call me. Of course I probably asked at least 10 other times during the first Four days were in the condo. Still have not gotten a phone call. My number is 612-759-9337. Very disappointing n VRBO.

Great little condo -two bedrooms, two bathrooms in a pretty good location for what we needed. Getting inside was confusing. We were not given the unit number and then there are a lot of lockboxes on the door that confused us also but once we got in, it was a great experience. We really appreciated having access to the garage to park.

Great location

Great location and amenities with everything you need to enjoy your time there. Lots of additional items for your use, lawn chairs, a cooler, sunscreen if you need in a pinch. The only suggestion would be to replace the very flat pillows and let people know the fridge can be adjusted but is set to the coldest setting, we lost all my premade salads to frost. I would return and recommend.

As advertised this condo is in prime first floor location facing morning sun. The place was immaculately cleaned and stocked. Absolutely zero complaints…you will love it here! We had 4 adults and spent a very relaxing 6 nights..would definitely come back to this unit!

Attractive and Conveniently Located

This was a great location for our visit to Mesa to see friends. It was easy to get to all the places we needed to be. The condo was attractive, clean, and we loved being able to walk around the small ponds in the evenings. We have booked it again for our trip to Mesa next year!

Great Convenient Location

2nd time renting this property. Really nice place. Clean, well appointed and comfortable. Pool and walking path are added nice touches. Key pad entry makes it so easy to check in and out. Definitely on my repeat list when I come to visit family.
