Spectacular custom built home on an acre! The floorplan is open and amazing with upgraded bathrooms, entertainment unit, large closets, and great storage space. Lovely kitchen with alluring granite countertops. Open entertaining area with a full wet bar with sink and wine fridge. You can enjoy a nice glass of wine in front of the elegant gas fireplace or the incredible scenic views! Private luxurious backyard oasis with a resort style feel that includes a stunning heated private pool, relaxing spa, built-in BBQ & firepit, and picturesque landscaping.

Minutes away from great hiking trails - Tom's Thumb, Pinnacle Peak or take a short scenic drive to Bartlett Lake. Premier golf and top notch mountain biking are within minutes of the house. Sorry NO PETS allowed. This is our primary house for friends and family to create incredible memories, great laughs and to just enjoy life. Our intent is not to create a "party house". If that is what you are looking for, you will find many other houses that cater to that. House is super cozy with incredible views of Four Peaks and the Tonto National Forest.

While the house can sleep many configurations of people, we find its probably most comfortable can sleep 5-6 people. Our first bedroom is the master with an oversized king bed with walking in bathroom suite.

Our 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and also a full bed with direct access to 2nd full bathroom. Custom walk-in shower.

Our 3rd bedroom has a full bed with seating area and has gorgeous surround views of the courtyard filled with lush desert landscape.

We can supply air mattresses with linens for an extra charge. Please inquiry. The pool can be heated with 24 hours notice (it does take that long to heat it) at $100/day. Unfortunately we do not allow burning of any kind on or in the property.

We ask that ALL guest respect the grounds and treat the house with loving care as if it was your own. We are very accommodating hosts and take pride in our property. We have lots of wonderful native/south west art and ask that you be respectful.

Please note that we do have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you in order to proceed.
