NOTE FOR TRUCK OWNERS: Garage depth is 16' and width is 14'. Unfortunately, these dimensions are not suitable for a Ford F-150 or similar/larger trucks. Outside parking is also not allowed by HOA.

This newly renovated home is tucked into the quiet Shadow Mountain Villa neighborhood providing for a relaxed friend/family getaway. The neighborhood is nestled between the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and Lookout Mountain providing serene mountain views and easy access to non-crowded hiking trails.

With the ability to sleep up to 5 guests, this home is ideal for groups that want privacy but with relative proximity to the interstate, shopping centers and several restaurants. The home itself includes vaulted beamed ceilings that give the 1330 square foot space a grand feel.

Proximity to Lookout Mountain and North Mountain Park trails make this property very attractive for hikers. Not far from Paradise Valley shopping and restaurants, including several new ones at the PV Mall.

Quiet and clean

This home was clean and worked for our time in Phoenix area. We were happy with it. Area was very quiet. A firmer mattress in the main bedroom would be preferred, hence reason for not giving it 5 stars.
