Stayed 40 days. Disappointed in the overall conditions. Need of carpets deep clean and a coat of paint. Deck furniture was worn . Pool is only 3 feet deep. Quick response from Eric to get a couple of items fixed . Location is close to lots of road noise and frequent parkinglot maintenence across the street.

The condo is very spacious with two primary bedrooms separated by the upstairs balcony. Both have sliders (the only operable openings in the bedrooms) but are missing screens, which prevented us from leaving them open due to recent rains and mosquitoes. My wife loved the extensive book collection and the overall experience. She'd love to return.I shared with the host that their choice of heavily scented laundry soap was difficult for me to tolerate the bedding and towels. I am definitely on the sensitive side to fragrances, and in the minority. I recognize that some people love laundry fragrance. There were also three plug in "air-fresheners" also with heavy scent, which I unplugged.It is located in a very nice gated neighborhood with walking trails. It is close to where we wanted to be located in Chandler.

Bright and Airy

The condo was big and well laid out. The beds were comfy, the furniture was comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the little patio was pleasant for sitting out. Eric responded very quickly to my questions. He is a great host. There's an excellent grocery store right across the street that has everything you need. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Condo

My children and I stayed here for our Spring Break. Extremely spacious with 2 master bedrooms and large living area. It was also safe being in a gated community and the kids loved the pool. Very conveniently located with about 100 stores and restaurants close by, and about 15 minutes from Legoland and aquarium. The host was also very accommodating. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.
