side of Phoenix in a safe and beautiful Litchfield Park neighborhood. This is

a perfect spot to enjoy everything that the “Valley of the Sun” has to offer

for a week, or a month.





The Casita is totally private, with a separate entrance and a private

courtyard. It is on it’s own thermostat, so comfort is totally in your control

for heating and AC. The gated entrance gets you into the beautiful courtyard.

On your right is the entrance to your home away from home. Inside you will

find a queen sized adjustable bed, 42" flat screen television with DirectTV

service, free WiFi, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and an easy chair for

your comfort. The full sized bath/shower is relaxing and private. There is

also a closet and dresser for all of your personal things.





The beautiful garden is meticulously taken care of by the homeowners. It is a

tranquil place to spend your time outside in the lighted garden gazebo for an

outdoor meal or glass of wine.



This home is located close to the Wigwam Resort with 3 golf courses. Many

other golf courses are also nearby. It’s close to shopping, Desert Diamond

Casino, Winter League and Spring Training baseball, State Farm Stadium, home

of the Arizona Cardinals and home of the Fiesta bowl. It’s an easy 20 minute

ride to down town Phoenix and all it has to offer including the Arizona

Diamondback’s Stadium and the Phoenix Suns Arena.



It comes with one (1) dedicated parking space. For longer stays,

housekeeping service is available.
