While the property was pet friendly there were a few issues I had beginning with check-in. First, the owner did not send me access information until I had reached out. The code within the message did not work, so I had to call the owner for a code to use. Upon entering, he advised me of holes in the flooring made by a previous guest. I took photos as proof. There were several other issues with the property ranging from missing light features to the back door not opening fully. But, the most interesting part was the refrigerator stopped working on our first night and we had to figure it out after placing items in ice chest to keep from spoiling. Then, we noticed the windows did not have any blinds, only curtains. I may be picky, but in a place that reaches 100 degrees, blinds would help to block out the sun and regulate the heat to help with a peaceful night rest. The main front window curtains don't fully close to offer any night time privacy. And the A/C unit, although it worked, was extremely loud for guest staying in the two smaller rooms. Also, there was poop in backyard from previous guest as well, but the owner isn't to blame for that.These along with some other minor flaws, made this stay below average based on the cost. And with a 60 day cancelation policy, make sure you want this place prior to booking, because you'll be stuck and out of luck if you need to cancel or would to change.
