This is such a mixed bag! First, the place itself is fantastic, esp for a motor lodge. It’s clean, the pool is beautiful, and the rooms are decorated nicely. Wood floors and not cheap nasty hotel carpet. Everything was clean and orderly. I would come back for that. Also, know that all communication and expectations are set via email. So check your email! I don’t, especially when I’m on vacation, and there was important information that would’ve been helpful if I had read it on time. On the negative side… There was no one there to help, which is only a problem when there’s a problem! They made available a QR code that directs you to a call or text for assistance, but it wasn’t helpful in the end. Response was slow, and they never were able to address my concerns. Expedia and the hotel both indicated there would be breakfast at the location (grab & go). From the email I was expecting coffee, fruit, protein, bar, and muffins, arriving at 8:30. The reality was that on the three mornings I was there, there was no coffee or fruit, and delivery came closer to nine. Speaking of coffee, there was no coffee maker in my room as expected. For coffee, drinkers out there, you know this adds insult to injury to not have coffee with the breakfast! Nearest coffee is a half mile down the road at Circle K gas station, or about mile away at Dutch Brothers. The on-site restaurant was closed all three nights I was there. 😢

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

This was the most frustrating hotel experience I have ever had. There is literally no one at the hotel to help with anything including checking in. The morning of my arrival I was sent a long text message of things.I was not allowed to do or ask anyone such as housekeeping at the hotel questions. There was a family in the lobby using the hotel computers and sleeping on the furniture with their large dog. The reference to breakfast did not exist nor did the restaurant and bar that were mentioned being available. I tried contacting the provided phone number for over 2 hours trying to have some problems solved of checking in. I was so grateful to be able to cancel this hotel at the other end of my trip as I will NEVER be back. This is the most poorly run operation I have ever encountered. Please check the reviews on trip advisor before you book into this hotel. Every review tells of a horrific experience trying to reserve and check in. I wish i would have looked there first.

The self check in canceled our reservation because I wouldn't enter a picture of my drivers license. I rebooked because our trip was the next day. When we arrived we were told there was no parking for our vehicle. This was cute, clean and resonably priced, but it was not worth the hastle and the sleepless night worried about our rental car being towed.

Disappointed breakfast

Everything was amazing, easy to check in and find out room. But what was really disappointing was the “complimentary breakfast” available in the lobby. They should have been more specific and said it was on packaged muffins and proteins bars. All of the tenants were walking around the hotel looking for the breakfast.

Avoid!

No occupied reception desk. The "buffet breakfast" was a one bowl of chocolate chip cookies and another full of protein bars. The restaurant they claims opes at 8:30 AM doesn't open until 5 PM. If you want to park onsight,it's $10 a day. But claim one early or you'll have to park at least 5 blocks away. The bed is comfortable, but low to the ground. The facility is clean and well kept,but the downsides far outweigh that.

We found the price competitive, the area facilities to be outstanding (sites and parks), on line check in to be responsive and a positive experience, and the facility to be equipped, quiet, safe, and clean. Grocery shopping was very close. 5* in my books!

There was hair on a pillow. The toilet small flush didn’t work. I requested an extra blanket; but it was never delivered to my room. The hotel is mostly staffed just by a robot. They complained that I didn’t finish the Pre-check-in several toiles, but each time I told them I could not give them the make, model, and license plate of my car because I was going to rent it at the airport, so I didn’t know it yet. The ironing board was dirty, the iron was dirty, and the iron did not heat up.
